CONCEPT

As the deadly war between the Locos and the Demon Dogs rages on, the Casino shines as a refuge and haven for all. Trying to survive one day at a time, the Outcasts face both inner demons and interpersonal problems in an attempt to try and keep the fragile state of the tribe together.

But this is something that is made even harder with the additional members of the tribe get caught up within the power struggle.
